Driving licence changeover
To change over your driving licence to a Portuguese one, you must exchange it shortly after becoming a registered resident. Although a visit to a service desk is mandatory to provide your biometric data, we will handle all the rest. The new licence will arrive via the postal service shortly after the process has been completed. In some instances, further medical examinations are necessary by request of the issuing authority.
