High quality construction
Plantation Villa is designed as a holiday home, the owners use the property for holidays on regular weekly intervals year-round. The location is considered ideal at just 40 minutes from the airport and a short drive to Funchal.
Originally the site was part of a larger banana plantation, the plot was selected the plans designed to make the most of the direct sea views. In order to access the unobstructed sea view, we had to raise the basic construction area 7 meters out of the ground, this made the platform for us to then construct the villa.
The project was designed to be low maintenance and a quick escape to enjoy the year-round sunshine, countryside walking and safe Madeira lifestyle. Should the owners decide to rent the property for holidays, the income will be year-round and high return.
